Annoying Popup

Whenever i incorrectly type in a web address, this annoying network connections box pops up. It just asking me to connect because an internet connection cannot be found. Ive searched around and i cant find how to disable this message. How do i turn this off? Thanks.

are you on broadband? if so, open ie, click tools | inet options. click connections tab, make sure Never Dial a Connection is selected. click ok.

I am on broadband and i am using FireFox. I looked through the options under tools but i can find anything like what you said. Where else should i look?

do you have 2 connections? if so disable the one you are not using

Nevermind, i was able to find what csamuels was talking about and it stopped. Thanks for the help.
