0xc0000005 <--- what is it ? / GTA: SA

When i want to get into advanded visual options in menu in GTA:SA I get this error: 0xc0000005 and ofc windows wants to send report. The game shuts down...
It only happens in this menu. When I choose anything else it works normally, i can play the game.
I've got win xp prof, sp1.
athlon 1800, gforce 32mb, 512 RAM
anyone could help me ? Game reinstallation doesnt help :/

What are the game's comp requirements? a 32mb graphics card is really really bad now-a-days.
