Microsoft Office 2003 status and compatibility

Anyone know for sure if this can still be activated, either online or by phone? If phone is the only option, what is the current number? Lastly, will this install on Win 7 Pro? Thanks.

you didn't need to activate office 2003, and yes it should work, i have installed a copy on windows 10, never used it though the ui sucks
