Any modern video card will be extremely bottlenecked by that system. When I built my current rig i dropped the 4850 in the Opteron for kicks. My 06 score doubled, but it was nothing compared to the score with the Core 2. And the Opty is faster than his 3200+.

Besides, I'm supposed to drop good money on a crappy AGP card? Na uh. I'll grab a 790GX chipset and deal with that video first, then have the option to upgrade later. I mean, 80 bucks for a 7600gt on ebay is not a deal.
