E Espio Solid State Member Messages 12 Aug 28, 2008 #11 Try having the iPod plugged in to the computer while its booting. ie, before you turn it on. It may not start iTunes up. If that doesnt help just use the Task Manager and have the processes window open and stop it in its tracks.
