Could you help me to delete unwanted applications!!! They slow down the system seriously!! I reset system several times and the problem occurred again! Who can help me with such problem?? I will appreciate it!!

Are they preinstalled applications from Samsung or your cell carrier? If so, the only way you can remove them is to root your phone and use something like Titanium Backup to freeze or remove them.

Or flash a slimmed down ROM.

Yes there are a lot of preinstalled applications, is it difficult to do so??? I mean to root my phone... I am not very strong with all these things nut its irritates me greatly!!!!

Which Galaxy Tab 7 is it? Post the model number found under Settings -> About.

Otherwise, given the wrong instructions, it either just won't work or you'd end up with a nice looking paperweight.
