I can't bookmark anything in firefox

after the latest update of firefox was done, all my bookmarks went away, i got ****ed, and then started over.

but now nothing will bookmark in just the "bookmarks" folder, i have to make a new folder and bookmark it in there and when i do bookmark something in a new folder, it bookmarks with no name and the bookmark pop-up window dosent go away.

i dont know whats going on, has anyone else encountered something like this?

bad idea!!!!

You should never use the firefox's internal bookmarks. If there are problems, it removes them and starts fresh clean! Use online/live bookmarks. They are reliable and you can access them anytime you want. Anything goes wrong with your firefox, the bookmars will still be on the remote server.
