You have return receipts which a user can decline at his or her own will, and the hidden tracking...but this can be blocked with newer clients as well (Thunderbird and Outlook, for example, don't load images without the user being in a safelist or the user hitting "Load Images"), and if that's the case...unless you're hosting the email server or something, there's no way to be for-sure. :freak:
