Can i reccomend http://adsl24.co.uk/ - I have 8MB/s, and i can download at 830KB/s. It's £19.99 a month, they have ALLOW TORRENTS. I have a 30GB on peak cap, but a 300GB off peak cap. Plenty for me - and i do my far share of downloading ;D
