6MB down and 768KB up, for $60 a month from comcast (that includes basic cable TV though).

It's amazing how many people have broadband now a days. A couple of years ago 56k was common and you were "elite" if you had BB.

crappy Adelphia HSI Cable for $50/a month plus $3/mo. cable lease making it a total of a whopping $53 freakin' dollars for crap internet

6mbit (I get 5.8mbit, but close enough eh?) cable internet $49/mo uniserve. My top download speed was 718KB/s. I love www.3dgamers.com when you register. There's free special servers for people who sign up, so I downloaded the BF2 demo full speed, finished in ~20mins.

I get owned by my provider. They charge $50/month for 3mbps it's usually pretty close 2.6+ but they dont provide anything over 3mbps and that annoys me. But one time i was downloading at 11mbps when i downloaded the WoW stress test so that made me happy
