You've tested the board out of the case with CPU, memory and video card and still no go? Is the board on an anti stat bag or just sitting on the side of the case?

Check to make sure all your motherboard standoffs are lined up properly with the holes on the board and make sure there are no spares or any metal parts shorting out the board.

maybe go find somebody you know that has a computer, and ask if you can take their PSU for a few minutes.

i tested it on my wooden desk..i try it again....

i just tried it.....nothing yet...the only thing that happens is the light on the mobo comes on....thats it
