Tom Clancy Games

In my opinion Splinter Cell is better but you should really look at the reviews since Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six have almost nothing in common except the Tom Clancy name.

Ive played the TC series religiously for about 6 years now.

Raven Shield is tons of fun and theres a nice mod community for it. The expansion (just released) is buggy at the moment, but that may be fixed in later patches.

There is multiplayer, playable thru a very nice built in game browser with generally ~1800 players online.

You can take sniper rifles (theres 6 of them I think) with the choice of attatchments (suppressor or thermal scope).

Graphics are awesome, gameplay is awesome.... I love the series. Always have always will. And with the original raven shield selling for $30 USD at the moment, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Buy it.

I liked the Rainbow Six games, but I did more watching than playing. I have played Splinter Cell and I like the stealth approach.

I like all four of the Delta Force games, too. They all have snipers in them with some nice weapons.
