change game mode (monitor setting) when game starts

is there a script or an app i can use to automatically change the monitor game mode?
i use game mode with extra sharpness for gaming but it makes ghosting when used for desktop.
and i have to manually switch between game modes on the monitor every time
which is obviously very annoying..

is there any way to change monitor profiles automatically when a game launches?

its an lg 32gq950 monitor
