what ****es me off is that the other guy is getting the blame for the wreck even those Shia was drunk...that's stupid. I'm sure he won't get any charges for drunk driving either...all stars get away with everything...

That isnt true. I remember a while back when DMX was in Buffalo doing a show. Got caught driving without a license. He was sentenced to i think 60 days in jail and could not get out of it.

Ahh the memories of the stuff my hometown has done....
