Samsung 840 EVO SSD - Poor Readings?

Hi all,

Seem to have a bit of a problem.. my Samsung EVO 840 is reporting low readings.. when others appear to have the bars maxed out? I certainly have the SSD connected to a SATA3 port with the accompanying SATA cable, AHCI is enabled too... why is it possibly giving these readings?

Additionally..

I know it's configured for maximum reliability.. but I was getting similar readings before I changed that.
