Quick Photoshop Help?

Hey guys, I need a new headshot, but can anyone take out the hand on my right shoulder? I tried lots of times but it just ends up looking messy

Do you have a larger picture? That'd make it easier. I'll give it a shot tho

edit: not very good but yeah, if you've got a bigger image it'll be much easier. Also, maybe a proper photoshopper will come along if not I'll try clean this one up a bit more, get rid of the muddiness around where the hand was
