Right now to me the spanish can **** right off, seriously the just faged out on a CQB training fight.
 
Back to Trotters exercise. I recommend a continuous routine. Do all your normal exercises and walking but when you sit down for a break you still keep working. You can squeeze a ball, squeeze your butt cheeks together, flex your arms and legs. etc... You don't flex as hard as you can but you just keep all your muscles in motion at all times. Instead of working all out for an hour or 2 and then spending the rest of the day wore out and miserable you just do a light work out that spans the entire day :thumbsup:
