I think i will go ahead and make it for tech forums but still use www.techist.com for the forums and another domain for the portal. So uses dont have to use the portal if they don't want to.

Also none of this proberly wont take effect till early new year. Im going to change host soon and we will need a domain for the home page. I do have tech-heaven.com but im not sure if that sounds good enough. Any idears on a domain?
