partitioning using recovery disk??

is it possible to delete and create a partition using only the recovery disk??
i'm using windows 7 pro OEM sea operating system...

You mean on other drives? Other than the OS?

Can't you use Disk management? Right click My Computer, choose manage, go down to disk management on the left.

do you have a manufacture's recovery disk ? like dell or hp.

i think these only allow you to automaticallly format the drive and install a fresh copy of Windows.
