After shipping, it totals in at: $719.83
Now i've done my research, and I think all these parts will work perfectly fine.
I plan on playing games with this system, but i'm not so egotistcal that i need to max out with full aa and af with 1600x1200 resolution or anything, so i think that GPU will suffice.
My only question is..
What about IDE and SATA?
I have an understanding that SATA is only faster if you use 10k+ rpm hard drives, in my case i'll just use a 7200 rpm..
I also heard that when you use the hard drive on say... the primary ide slot, you should not have another hard drive on the same slot, apparently keeping it seperate keeps the speed up on par with a 7200 rpm sata drive.. but this is just my understanding..
If this is true i'll just use an IDE, I don't really want to go through the hassle of setting up a SATA drive.. IDE is less of a hassle.
