Hello shahrokh, you probably don't have the Magic Switches in firmly enough. The Magic Switch is meant to make the PS2 think the tray is always closed. If you don't have them in enough, the PS2 will still see that the PS2 is open, and refuse to read the PS2 disc. Try re-installing the Switches and make sure they are in tightly.
