And...are they really sending me the same mobo...or have they messed up and sent me something else? Nah, that wouldn't happen.

Haha, well if you don't tell them, they won't know. If something died from overclocking, never tell them that. Most companies don't support overclocking and doing so automatically voids your warranty regaurdless of it's length and where you're at in the warranty.
