have latest copy of FF with win 10 pro. Do not have an address bar and bookmark tabs continue to disappear often even though i have to view tab bars an unselect bookmarks get out then go back in and select it again which is a PITA. How to solve?

I guess the first thing to try would be to see if uninstalling/reinstalling the browser works.
