making windows look and feel like a mac OS

i know there are programs like litestep and others that can edit the appearance of windows, but im looking for a program/utility that will make it actually look like a mac Os is running.

and if not is there anything that will make it look relatively close?

and anyways if nothing is out there, which i doubt, ill be saving for a used mac after i build my PC. anyone know if theres any used mac notebooks i could get for around $400-500?

someone posted a bunch of ibooks for $.99 no reserve on ebay
one has 640mb of ram, one has 192, and a few have 128.

if they dont get very high, i might buy one
