How can I keep a key sutck down on my keyboard

Hi, I was wondering how I can keep a key on my keyboard stuck down (Not physically) but so when a program opens, lets say the "v" hot key will stay functioning without me having to press it, but it just stays on.

Anyway I can do this?

For things like this I either use duct tape or a paper clip.

You can stick more keys with one application that way...

or JB Weld might work! LOL
