Help, Can't Upload Files

Seems I can't upload files to rapidshare or any file hosting sites. On rapishare, the upload speed fluctuates up and down but eventually it goes down to zero and the connection is interrupted and dies. On filefactory it starts strong then dies and i get a IO server error. I tried other hosts and I always get a connection interrupted. I did not change the settings on my pc or browser. Checked my download and upload speeds and they were normal. Vista and Firefox is what I'm using.

Try another computer in your house?

Have you done the basics?

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/registerdns
ipconfig/renew

Have a router? Tried doing it with it detached?

Tried having your ISP reset your modem? or do it yourself if there is a button?

thanks for the help. i resetted the modem and messed with the ip config and things are back to normal.
