Impossible Internet problem (Please help.)

The weather plays no role in it. Its happened during sun, rain, snow, hurricane. I haven't had anything since yesterday though, luckily... Still, don't know why, only thing I did different was charging my phone via my PC.

Come to think about it, the issue started rising again after my friend left. And went away again when I put in the charger cable for my Phone, which is the same as a Playstation 4 cable.



I might be grabbing at shadows here, but can it make any difference, whatsoever, to have a USB cable in my PC?
