ill give you the few i know,
FSB - Front Side Bus, this is the speed the information leaves and enters the processor and travels to the ram/ other computer components.
Cache - This is the amount of memory that is on your processor in the different levels. The more memory it can store on the processor the less it has to travel to the ram for info which is much slower than the processor, as you can imagine. So, the more you get, the better the performance.
Multiplier - This is the number you multiply the front bus speed by to get the full output of your processor, not sure of its exact purpose if it even has one other than to determine your processors clock speed.
Bus speed is that same as FSB, just the data transfer speed through the motherboard.
