I am at the airport about to hop on a plane...hopefully some of you will have it by the time the flight is over.

GOOD LUCK! ;) :p

I was going to say:

Turn 1st switch on
Go upstairs, see which bulb it is
Take off (remove) one of the other light bulbs
Using the camera, take a nudie picture of yourself and leave it beside the door
LEAVE DOOR OPEN so you can see the light from downstairs
Go downstairs, turn 1st switch off and turn 2nd switch on
If you can see a light coming from the room then it's the bulb that was not removed, if it's dark, it's the one u did remove..

But, I guess someone else got an alternative answer already.. :)

if the statement is true, you will be boiled in a pot to death, and if its false u will be burned at the stake. what do u tell them that gets you out of there, scot free.

Assuming the individual can only die one of two ways (boiled or stake), he could say that he "will be (future tense) burnt at the stake".

Clearly, he cannot be burnt at the stake as he said that "he would be". And he cannot be boiled in a pot to death since then his statement would be false.

Then can always chop him into little pieces though..

Yea, I should've made it more clear that the room was completely non-visible from down the steps, even the protruding light....but either way...excellent thought process!

a man commited suicide by hanging himself in a room. he was found hangged, with water up to his knees. there were no other items in the room. how did he manage to hang himself?

note: he wasn't killed.. he commited suicide w/o anybody's help.

Well, first of all, I think "he was found Hung" because hangged isn't a word as far as I know.

But, basically what this guy did was, "Take a big block of ice, put it in the area he wanted to hang himself. Installed the rope, climbed up on the block of ice, put the rope around his neck, tightened the rope... and then he thought about all the wonderful threads on TF and waited for the Ice to melt."

retard.

lol when it said upstate new york..

my first thought:
"oh this should be easy... I live in upstate new york too!"

guess i was wrong

hehe:D
