Question: Have you tried running MemTest with another OS? (e.g. boot from a copy of Linux and then run the MemTest agent)

I ran into a similar problem once where install would always hang at the same point while copying files. I tried everything I could think of without luck. I finally tried a different optical drive and the install completed without issue. Do you have a spare optical drive you could try?

i did already no luck same thing

This was going to be my suggestion. Are you using a DVD drive (and not a CD drive)? Have you tried the CD/DVD's on another computer?
