I know this idea is having trouble moving forward because of the issue of actually putting the threads in their proper places, but I'd like to offer a suggestion to the sub-forums that dude listed. I think that applications and programming should go together, since applications are programs, and I doubt that they will have a heavy enough load to justify the seperation. I also think that mods should be merged with overclocking/cooling, since the act of overclocking and the increase of cooling are both mods.
So the forum setup would look like this:
