on windows, i swap between photoshop and corel photo-paint.

For graphic design, I use Illustrator & CorelDraw

My sister uses Xara X. It's an ok program, if you want a cheap program that is easy to use.

I use Photoshop 7.0 and Illustrator 8 (I haven't upgraded yet)

I am going to look into Fireworks soon

I have to refresh... my *NEW* favorite graphics app is Photoshop CS... mmmmmmmm.... droool.

I don't know, the only program I've indepthly (if that's a word) used was called Ulead PhotoImpact. It's really great and the effects are pretty cool. I did have a Chinese version of PhotoShop once, but I could barely understand it, so I didnt' ever get to know PS.

I'm going for PhotoImpact.

hmm for 2D id say Photoshop
for 3D id say hmm toughy a draw with 3dstudiomax5 and maya5

and photoshop is so far ahead of anyother bull**** ever made lol things like gimp and psp just crap lol

Photoshop hands down for 2D. For 3D it kind of depends on the project, but there is quite a few I like. Zbrush is a cool one
