How many DIMM modules are there on your motherboard? If there are more than one you could try removing one, or shifting them about the slots.
...though, if you're system worked fine before with this RAM configuration, then I wouldn't think that RAM is to blame .
...Maybe the BIOS CMOS is corrupt.
