No, games dont launch and a window appears which shows that graphic card hasn't the necessary specifications.Yeah, it pops up for 2 seconds but when graphics error come out,it disappears.In my pc assesment,I noticed that gaming graphics and graphics subscore is 1.0.I dont know if this happened because i have re-installed windows 7.

You'll need to install your GPU drivers.

If you have a nVidia card, get your drivers from Visual Computing Leadership from NVIDIA
If you have an AMD card, get your drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD

That was the problem... I had no drivers for graphics card...thank you ..
