because the same age group that is mostly supporting ron paul (18-30ish) is Colbert's audience too. same deal with kucinich...his supporters are mostly young folks too

Where I live, I see more Ron Paul signs and stickers and stuff than any of the other candidates, and only older people I know talk about him.

well certainly he appeals to all ages, it's just that his campaign has been rooted and grown from the internet and younger voters.
