ATI Catalyst - Resolution Stretch not saving

So in Combat Arms, the screen shows with 2 black bars on both right and left sides because I read that the lobby screen remains 1024*768 resolution while ingame it maxes out.

I've also read you can stretch the resolution to fit a wide screen.

Only problem now is that the layout does not save . I set but do not see it in the lobby, so I minimize and set it over, it works. Go for 1 round, come back to lobby and same issue again.

Catalyst Driver 10.2 - Last 1 supporting X1200 Radeon Card (Laptop).
