I built my own PC and I have a Dell 17FPV Ultrasharp with a BFG GeForce 6800 OC, and Nvidia beta drivers. When i watch DVDs, I noticed that a lot of the "shading" ends up looking sort of yellow/pixelly. Everything else looks great, it's just shading and shadowy parts in movies that end up looking sort of crappy. I of course attempted to adjust the coloring through my card's set-up program but the changes did not effect the coloring of the video. This happens with all my DVDs. is this a problem, or just a limitation of ultrasharp flatpanels?
Thanks, dudes.
