Omega Drivers

Are Omega drivers better than the Catalyst ones?
And if they are where could I go to get the Omega drivers

I prefer the Omega drivers to the ATI drivers.
A lot of people have experienced bugs with the Catalyst Control Center. I opted to use the older control panel when I was using the Ati drivers.
