Media messages

Hello. Can someone tell me what a 'media' decode error is? And why it might be
happening when some people are trying to download media to watch and they
have 'a great multitude' of 'media' players?

"Media decode error" in regard to what piece of software exactly?

If this is happening when trying to playback a media file...I would say it's most likely because the media player and/or system doesn't have the correct media codecs to decode the file into audio/video streams.

I use this CCCP - Combined Community Codec Pack along with GOM Media Player. The only media player you need - for FREE

I haven't had any problems playing media files with this combo.

I haven't installed a codec pack in years. Mainly because I switched over to VLC Player.
