Overclocking windows blue screen

Hello everyone. I overclocked my i7 6850k to 4.0ghz. Everything went well. Ran a stress test and wanted to push it to 4.1. It failed before windows even loaded up. A blue screen came up, and i wasnt able to get the code number for it. What got me scared was windows ran diagnostics and said my personal history wont be erased. When I opened windows, all files were there, but its like I had to reinstall my bluetooth, wifi, i think winrar is even gone. Also, my windows is not updated, and have to update everything as if windows is a fresh reinstall.
Can anyone tell me whats going on? I am very new to overclocking.

Probably reverted to a really old System Restore point or something similar.

Yup, old restore file. How are you trying to OC?
