If it is your GPU, it would be easier to just replace the motherboard

I know but when i just replace GPU IT is cheaper

After i reinstal Windows computer working fine but when i install aby nvidia 860m driver give je Blue screen and wont boost Can anynone help ?

Where are you getting this driver from? You should be downloading it from Lenovo

I tried lot od driver version from different sites, usually from official nvidia website

And when make fresh install of Windows in Windows update start downloading nvidia drivers automatic and after install IT is same Blue screen errors

What I would do.... Download all the necessary drivers for your laptop from Lenovo first (save on another medium like a usb drive). Do a clean install of the latest version of Windows 10. Do not connect your pc to the internet yet. Install the chipset drivers first then do the video, audio and lan/wireless/bluetooth. Be sure to do the chipset and video drivers first. If the driver install insists on an internet connection then do that if you have too. The newer versions of Windows 10 gives you the option to choose drivers if you want them or not, if the Lenovo drivers work, then do not update any drivers from M$
