Trouble adding 4th computer

Sounds like you're not on the same workgroup. Have you checked that? I could be wrong but I just had a similiar case come up at work (which is where I am at now). Joining the workgroup will give you access to shared files and printers. Even if you're not a member of the workgroup though, you'll still be able to browse the internet.

Is your new laptop on the same workgroup as the other computers?

I didn't see the response to this question, and I have a feeling that the problem is related to the computers being in different workgroups.

can you ping the othe computers from the new one?
If so, can you get to the one of the shares via UNC path? Open windows explorer and type the computername and share as such: \\computername\sharename.
Make sure your router is set up to allow the laptop access.
Make sure your laptop has your wireless network info set up for the NIC card.
