It wasn't the firefighters that told us. They actually haven't said **** about the situation since it happened.

So how did you determine the cause of the fire?

Well sure maybe, but no way to actually prove they had it. Unless we can go CSI on this shizzy *zoom in....zoom in....zoom in...that is the DNA of a walmart space heater!*

Yea, I still think you have a strong case. There should be an investigation with any fire and they are good at determining what the causes are. Once you have that on paper get a lawyer and hit up the company (WallyWorld and the manufacturer). If they're smart they'll just settle out of court.

PP, space heaters or any kind of heater have a cut off if they get two hot and can't ventilate at a certain temp the device is faulty now whether if this was from manufacture or neglect I cant say but something was not right, if and I do mean IF it was me I would not stop shouting (or shooting if it came to it) to find out what happened.

Well the area has already started being cleaned up so they can get the new house in. Really no point in going any further in any of it since we are all trying to just look forward.
