i started folding@home for us last night, im using my 8800gts, which is preaty oced and i will be using my q6600 when im not on the compy, winters coming and i need a heater

How many ppd does your 8800gt average?

Right now if i don't stop f@h to game i'm looking @ around 4800 ppd with every thing stock.

Grabbed it a few days ago

Sadly i can only push this old chip to 3.2ghz max as i can't play around with the multi on it and my board isn't exactly the best for oc'ing

Just use the GPU2 Client and kick some butt

Maybe underclock your CPU for a bit while its GPU Folding

I'm already using the GPU2 client and only letting the cpu run @ the normal 2.8ghz.

The only time i really oc is if i know i'm going to play some cod4 for a good couple hours
