My computer crashes and freezes making it useless

My two cents: My techie tools have always been Malware Bytes, Avast/AVG, and CCleaner.
All my browsers have Adblock/plus, Ghostery, and Flashblock extensions/plugins installed.
I also use OneTab, if I am going to have a lot of tabs open at once.

Oh no my computer is slow and whenever I want to do something the blue spinning wheel will just spin and spin. And I have to wait I wonder what is the issue with this desktop. I want to avoid to restore to factory.
The other problem I found is that on devices a wireless device is not working properly and I have tried to disable or deleted and reinstalled but it doesn't seem to work. I hope you can guide me on this matter

Open up Device Manager

On the "Wireless Device":
Right click -> Properties -> Details tab

Post the following info:
Under "Hardware Ids" in the dropdown, it should have something like VEN_####&DEV#### ; post that section, where #### = some alphanumeric combination.
