Monitoring wireless network

Hi all. I have a couple people renting my extra room in the basement, we are sharing my wireless web. I told them, that while they live at my house there will be no Kazaa or other p2p crap. wll i fear they are using it anyways... i am sick and tired of asking them about it. What software can I use to monitor my network for apps are sucking up the bandwidth?
