Any suggestions of IT Managment ? I am currently a Regional Team Lead.
Need to brush up on my people skills.
I know my place of work is big on AGILE.

I had to look AGILE up. I have heard the term batted around but never bothered to look into it. I am more familiar with Six Sigma, but even then it is just a surface knowledge.

Thankfully I have people skills aplenty. I have always been outgoing and able to strike up conversations with just about anyone. This has served me well in my current career of POS servicing. I am now a manager over four states with 12 technicians but started as a technician with absolutely no POS experience about 11 years ago.

I remember Six Sigma back from a start of my job at HP. That was log time go.
Then they got us on LEAN. Survived that.
Worry if they ever start you on LEAN.
