My friend has $1000 to spend on a computer that hopefully can play Battlefield 2 on high with a fps above 40. Is it possible? He doesn't need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. The cheaper the better.
ya green's system is good. if that guy cares more about fps than overall computer performance, he could downgrade that opteron to a san diego and upgrade the 7600gt to a 7900gt.
but for overall computing performance, i'd take green's.
yeah...........NO! greens system pwns Repulses, no dual core, asus mobo, im just not feelin it, corsair ram.......its good, but G.SKill is definitely better.
lol, if he wants to play battlefield 2, a single core + 7900gt will get better frames than a dual core + 7600gt, and ram is your choice, i just picked a common brand because it was quick
