Hehe.
Everything looks decent, but to answer your question about the fans, they have 2 connectors just as options. The female connector I believe is for plugging in directly to your motherboard, because the motherboard will itself support 1 or 2 case fans.

Thanks for all the help guys. Works great. Played Counter Strike Source this morning with everthing on high and got around 80 FPS. w00t. Now all I gotta do is figure out how to get my router working. I'll post asking for help in the networking section.
