Javascript won't go away

Step 1 if you're on Windows 10
Open the task manager and go to the startup tab
Disable everything from starting automatically.

Step 1 If you're on Win7
Press the windows key then type Run and press enter
Type msconfig then press enter again
Go to the startup tab and disable everything

Step 2
Reboot and make sure the javascript window doesn't pop up again
Next re-enable half the services again and reboot. If it pops up, you know it's in the half you didn't re-enable. If it does, disable half the group you just enabled and test again. You get the idea :p

Javascript is just a language, you can write programs or scripts with it to do different things. So someone's written something in javascript that's trying to do *something*. For example, it could be a program searching to see if there's any updates available, etc.

We don't know which startup item is launching this javascript processes, so we disable all to start with. If the window doesn't pop up when you restart, we know one of the items you disabled is the one launching this javascript window.

So we enable the items again, either one by one or in chunks (whatever you'd prefer) until you find that enabling a certain one will start the javascript window opening again. Post back with the name of that startup item wehn you do that.

Honestly I'd start by running malware scans...

Firstly, run a scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware (the Free version is fine, you don't need to activate the Pro trial). Scan with it, delete whatever it finds, reboot and post the log here. Download it from here:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Secondly, run a scan with AdwCleaner. Same as above, scan with it, delete what it finds, post the log file here. Download from here:

Thirdly, run a scan with HiJackThis. Run it as Admin, pick the "scan and generate log" option, and then post the logfile here. Do NOT remove ANYTHING unless told to do so, as removing the wrong entry can damage your system. Download it from here:
